Head Coach

Hi, I’m Beyonce Morales, and I’m proud to serve as the Head Cheer Coach and an English teacher at Johnson High School. I’m originally from Corsicana, Texas, and graduated from Texas State University. With over 10 years of experience in both school and All-Star cheer, I believe the best teams are built where hard work meets heart. My goal is to help students become confident, resilient, and proud of what they can accomplish. In my free time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my family and pets.

Alyssa Bocanegra

Assistant Coach

Hi, I’m Alyssa Bocanegra! I’m so excited to join the Johnson High School family as the Assistant Cheer Coach and a Foundational Learning teacher. I have nearly 16 years of experience in all-star cheer, sideline cheer, and collegiate dance. While pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Education Studies, I spent two years coaching at Texas A&M University–San Antonio. I’m passionate about creating a classroom and team environment where every student feels supported, encouraged, and confident to be their best. I can’t wait for an amazing year and to be a part of the Jaguar community!
